How Our Programs Work — And What They Cost.
Most clinics charge per visit. We don’t. Our programs are results-oriented — structured around defined checkpoints, honest evaluations, and a clear conversation at each one about whether it makes sense to continue. The pricing below reflects that structure — two-week commitments in month one, monthly commitments after that, with a patient decision point built into every evaluation.
Initial Consultation — $150
A full clinical assessment of your history, presentation, and goals. We’ll tell you honestly whether we think this program is the right fit and what the first month would look like. The $150 consultation fee rolls into your program cost if you decide to move forward.
Active Treatment Program
Month One — Assessment Phase
- Week 1–2: $450 — acupuncture, dry needling, manual therapy, and herbal medicine. At the end of two weeks we assess your body’s response to treatment.
- Week 3–4: $450 — if a clear response is present, treatment continues. At day 30 we conduct a full evaluation targeting 50% improvement from your baseline.
If we don’t see a meaningful response at either checkpoint we’ll tell you. The program stops and we have an honest conversation about next steps.
Month Two and Beyond — $900/month
If the 30-day evaluation confirms meaningful progress, treatment shifts toward stabilization and active work. At that point we’ll recommend a program duration — typically two to four months — based on your progress and goals. Monthly rate is $900 with a 30-day evaluation at each interval. You have the option to discontinue at any evaluation point.
Maintenance Program
Patients who complete the Active Treatment Program have the option to transition to maintenance based care — available for those who want continued support.
Insurance & Payment
We do not accept insurance at this time. We accept FSA and HSA payments, and can provide a superbill upon request for patients who wish to seek reimbursement through their insurance provider.
